Each item in your order is sold by Arakan General Trading Co.LLC.Dubai. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the UAE may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees and other additional charges that may apply.
Arakan does not usually charge you for any extra fees after the checkout page. However, shipping to GCC and other countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; and we have no control over these charges. Furthermore, customs and import policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. you are liable to pay custom fees of your country and you will be charged accordingly at the time of delivery by the courier. Arakan is not responsible for any custom-fees levied by the shipped-to country and those fees would be borne by the customer who placed the order. Any additional charges levied by the local country of the consignee and government authorities of the shipped-to country are also to be borne by the customer who placed the order. If for any reasons, the product is not available with us (or any of our Seller Partners) and your order cannot be processed, Arakan will refund the amount paid to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
